Michael T. Madaio is the managing partner of Madaio Eyet & Associates LLP. Michael’s practice is focused in the areas of civil litigation, complex commercial disputes, criminal defense, and business consultation. His licenses include New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Throughout his career, Michael has represented many notable clients, from multi-national corporations to prominent individuals, and has participated in a wide array of high-stakes legal disputes. He also counsels individual and corporate clients in a varietyof business and legal-related matters.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Michael is an active member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and New York Bar Association and enjoys taking part in various charitable activities within his community.
